The One-Handed Skill is utilized by warriors of all walks of life, ranging from your everyday soldier to mercenaries and adventurers. The One-Handed skill is most often paired with an off-handed weapon, spell, or shield. The enterprising thief occasionally uses a free-handed style to grab valuables and enemies alike while still being fully armed.
One-Handed attacks have their speed and damage determined by the type and quality of their damage, while the user's skill helps to determine their prowess with one-handed attacks, increasing their chance to deal damage successfully.
