A city of blood and horror, this was the second largest city in Cyrodiil during the Third Era, and was the first to fall during the Oblivion Crisis and resulting in the death of the Dunmer hero, Saint Jiub. During the Aldmeri Invasion of Cyrodiil, the Elves put the people of Kvatch to the sword. The people have begun to rebuild, but the city is a mere shadow of its former glory.
